Description: In order to meet both short-term and long-term strategic goals, organizations need to prepare high-performing team members to be ready, willing and able to assume internal leadership roles. By recognizing and supporting these team members in accomplishing their professional goals, team members will better recognize the value and long-term growth opportunities available within their organization, further fostering and promoting internal career mobility versus leaving for other opportunities. The ASPIRE Emerging Leader Program focuses on characteristics that will drive success and achievement through self-assessment and skill enhancement for the high-potential employee.

Speaker: Ron Keith is a purpose driven leader with 25+ years of experience.  His background has been diverse, working in several sectors that includes long term care, acute care, academia, institutional pharmacy, and healthcare consulting. Ron has spent his career focused on being a transformational leader and catalyst for systemic change, where he has had the opportunity to lead individuals, teams, and organizations to new levels of achievement and positive outcomes. Ron’s mantra of "believing in your success" is consistently demonstrated by his willingness to actively listen and collaborate. His purpose is to unleash the possibility in others by being the best version of himself. Through Ron’s positive and inclusionary approach, he prepares individuals and teams to be ready, willing, and able to meet both short and long-term challenges. Through his time at The Christ Hospital Health Network, Ron has led and facilitated the Aspiring Leaders Academy and Management Development Program, while also serving as a support resource for our Lead+Forward Executive Leadership Program. Further efforts include collaborating with leaders to drive employee engagement and enhance team development through cultural alignment to our mission, vision, and values.

Speaker:  Julie Sporing has over 13 years of Learning & Development experience in the healthcare setting. Prior to joining The Christ Hospital Health Network she spent several years working at the system and regional level for Mercy Health. As a two-time graduate of Xavier University, Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, a certificate in Gender and Diversity Studies and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development. Julie’s skills and experience span the areas of leadership development, learning management systems, simulation learning, onboarding, performance management, meeting moderation and workshop facilitation. She is married with two daughters and lives in the Cincinnati area.
