Speaker: Raquel Reinbolt, MD, is an Internist and Medical Oncologist with clinical and research expertise in breast cancer, survivorship and supportive care. She specializes in the diagnosis and delivery of clinical medical oncology care to patients in all stages of their disease. Dr. Reinbolt received her medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine and completed an Internal Medicine and Chief Residency at The Ohio State University. Following her residency, she remained at Ohio State to complete a combined Hematology/Medical Oncology Fellowship, as well as a Breast Medical Oncology Fellowship. In 2015, she joined Ohio State’s faculty as a Breast Medical Oncologist, where she further developed her research interests in supportive care and therapy-related sequelae. Her collaborative research efforts have resulted in multiple publications and presentations at national and international meetings. She has also been recognized as being among the top 10% of providers nationally for patient satisfaction. Dr. Reinbolt is passionate about enhancing care delivery and clinical operations across the cancer care spectrum. Due to this strong interest, she subsequently transitioned to inpatient oncology care at the OSUCCC – James, where she serves as Physician Lead for The James Hospitalist Cancer Service. Dr. Reinbolt is also the Medical Director for both The James Immediate Care Center, as well as The James Cancer Diagnostic Center.
