Speaker:  Erin Head, MBA, RHIA, CHDA, CCS, CHTS-TR is an active professional in the healthcare field as the Director of Health Information Management and Medical Staff Services at Parrish Medical Center in Titusville, FL. Additionally, Erin is a contract coder and coding auditor with Code and Comply Specialists, serving as the subject matter expert for Psych and Rehab coding. She holds the credentials of Registered Health Information Administrator, Certified Health Data Analyst, Certified Coding Specialist, and Certified Healthcare Technology Specialist.

Erin is heavily involved in many HIM and HIT initiatives such as information governance, health data analytics, and HIM advocacy. She is also the author of several healthcare blogs and published articles and is very active on social media. Erin is a Six Sigma Green Belt and has been involved in many exciting projects to promote better efficiency, innovation, quality, and outcomes in healthcare.
