Speaker: Todd Goughnour, MBA, RHIA, is a proven HIM and Healthcare IT executive with more than 12 years of leadership experience in EMR system installation, large healthcare initiatives management, and HIM solutions delivery.  As Practice Director of the Health Information Management Practice at e4, Todd has managed numerous system installations, operational designs, and some of the most successful eMPI cleanup initiatives in the industry. Todd has helped design, install, and optimize e4sight®, e4’s remote worker productivity software, which is being used at numerous health systems across the US.


Speaker: Gina Stewart, MBA, BSN, RN, CCS, CCDS
,  is a recognized industry subject matter expert in Coding and Clinical Documentation. As Senior Consultant and Practice Director of the Clinical Documentation Improvement and Coding Service Lines at e4 Services, Gina is responsible for CDI and Coding solution delivery and development. Gina started her nursing career at prestigious academic medical centers in Greater Philadelphia and progressed to roles in clinical quality and clinical documentation improvement as she completed additional coding and billing credentials.  Gina is an experienced CDI educator and lecturer in best practices for CDI programs. In addition to her education in nursing, she also completed an MBA at Wilmington University, as well as a post-graduate certificate in healthcare management at Cornell University. Gina is credentialed as a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) through AHIMA and a Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) through ACDIS.
