Description: This session is important because we delve into these important aspects of mental health as a remote team member, remote manager of remote team, and company culture needed to thrive in a remote environment. The session offers valuable insights into coping strategies, stress management techniques, and ways to cultivate a positive remote work environment. This presentation will provide a deeper understanding of how these activities connect to mental health and overall well-being, empowering us to implement self-care and strengthen our resilience while navigating remote work challenges.

Speaker:  Sarah Laird, RHIA, CCS, has more than 15 years of hospital and healthcare leadership experience. As Vice President of Workforce Solutions at Enjoin, Sarah is a key member of our Operations Leadership Team. She is responsible for strategic direction, administrative leadership, operational excellence, and business plan success. She works with executive leadership to advance technology-enabled operations working within and across business units. Sarah is active in both state and national professional affiliations (NCHIMA and AHIMA) and was most recently elected to a three-year term to the AHIMA Council for Excellence in Education (CEE).

 

Speaker:  Brandi Grey, RN, CCDS, CCDS-O, has been with Enjoin since 2021. She has extensive experience in both Nursing and CDI. She started her nursing career in 2003 with experience in transplant ICU, neuro/trauma ICU, critical care ICU, cardiac ICU, and medical/surgical unit. In 2012, she was asked by hospital leadership to help start a CDI program. She accepted and has subsequently worked in both inpatient CDI and outpatient CDI for 11+ years and brings her expertise in both IP and OP CDI operations, workflow training, and process improvement to Enjoin leading our workforce staffing solutions.
