Description: A case study of how a grant allowed Hartford Healthcare in Connecticut and Charter Oak State College (part of the CT University system) to partner and teach 150 adults about revenue cycle management roles and concepts. Not only did the participants get to take the online courses for free, but they received a laptop to attend and passing students received a stipend. In turn, Hartford Healthcare was able to interview each of the participants for their many open positions in revenue cycle management. Learn how this successful win-win program could be replicated at your healthcare organization!
