Speaker: Kristi Fahy Wesolek, RHIA, is an experienced Account Executive at DVS, a leading partner of Dolbey, specializing in healthcare technology solutions. In her current role, Kristi is committed to positioning healthcare organizations for success with computer-assisted coding and CDI technologies. Beyond her professional expertise, Kristi is an active volunteer leader within the HIM community. She has served on the Ohio Health Information Management Association (OHIMA) Board for five years and is currently the OHIMA President-elect. Additionally, Kristi contributed to the AHIMA Conference Program Committee for four years and had the honor of serving as the emcee for the 2022 AHIMA Conference.

Speaker:  Ericka Coplin, RHIA, CCS, has over 20 years of experience working in Health Information Management in various roles as a professional coder, outpatient and inpatient facility coder, contract coder, and Coding Coordinator.  During her time as the Coding Coordinator for an acute care hospital, she served on the Revenue Cycle Committee where she assisted in projects and education relating to chargemaster management and workflow processes.  Ericka now works as a Coding Educator at Franciscan Alliance overseeing the coding staff’s audit process and providing coding education.  Additionally, Ericka is an Adjunct Coding Instructor at Stark State College and is the current mentor for the OHIMA Virtual Professional Practicum Experience for Revenue Cycle, Coding, and Auditing.

Speaker: Kenneth Voll, RHIT, is a seasoned Revenue Cycle Management expert with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He has held various leadership and frontline roles across all care continuums, gaining a deep understanding of the intricate processes that drive revenue and collections. Ken's expertise lies in optimizing revenue cycle operations and identifying improvement opportunities in denials, staffing, training, contracting, technology management, and other key areas. He creates positive work environments through effective communication and empowering staff to make informed decisions. As the Manager of Coding Denials at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, he oversees both technical and professional coding and denials teams, focusing on reducing denial rates and improving claim reimbursement.

Speaker: Angie James, MBA, RHIA, CCS, is a Senior Manager of Coding and CDI with a passion for finding innovative ways to navigate the ever-changing world of healthcare in a pay for performance environment. She has over 25 years’ experience in healthcare, working in all aspects of the revenue cycle. Her career ranges from physician’s office registration to facility billing, with a primary focus on facility coding, compliance, education, and audits. Angie earned her BS in Health Information Administration from the University of Cincinnati and MBA at Thomas More University. She actively serves on the OHIMA Executive Board, President of SWOHIMA and sits on the advisory committee for the Health Information Management Department of Gateway Community and Technical College.
