Cultivate a Healthier and More Productive Workplace

Description: Why do some highly intelligent and skillful people succeed as good leaders while others with these same characteristics fail miserably? The distinguishing characteristic, that separates them, studies show, is how accurately they identify and manage their emotions in challenging situations. This workshop is designed to help you enhance your emotional intelligence by developing better self-awareness, self-management, and social awareness to maintain meaningful and positive relationships with others and cultivate a healthier and more productive workplace.

At the conclusion of the workshop participants will learn content and techniques to:

  • Understand the compelling business case and impact of the practice of emotional intelligence
  • Identify and explain the components of emotional intelligence
  • Assess their baseline emotional intelligence
  • Critically reflect on their emotional intelligence and identify priority areas for improvement
  • Develop an emotional intelligence action plan
  • Apply techniques for enhancing personal emotional intelligence
